Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment and no-shows will be subject to a 20% fee of the scheduled service total. How the fee is collected: A valid credit or debit card must be kept on file to secure your appointment. If a cancellation is made within the 24-hour window or you do not show for your appointment, the 20% cancellation/no-show fee will be charged to the card on file.
